But there were several things about it that turned me off. First, that he called her "little rabbit". A rabbit is known to be very easily scared and she was very brave. Calling her that was Very demeaning, especially coming from a wolf, who -eats- rabbits. She wasn't just a waitress, or store clerk. She was a medical doctor. He should've respected her more than to call her a rabbit. And then, at the end, he should've punched Caleb for sending them to Nova Scotia without any more information than he gave them. The man needed to be brought down a peg, Pack Master or not.
Otherwise, it was a well written story with only a few typos. Engaging characters and plot. Not your typical shifter story. And effective enough to make me mad, lol, so there you go.
Good story; liked everything about it except the consuming of other pack masters in order to become more powerful.
